Kathryn Wilson – Head of Research
Kathryn Wilson is an oil and gas Human Resources professional with 12 years experience gained working in the UK, Middle East, USA and Australia. Prior to joining Strathdee Resourcing, Kathryn worked for ConocoPhillips for 10 years. In her most recent role with the company, she provided HR & Facilities support to a joint venture arctic gas pipeline project in Alaska. Previous HR experience includes corporate Human Resources as well as HR advisor roles in regional business units and joint venture operations both at start up and asset disposal stages resulting in her being based in London, Houston, Dubai and Anchorage.
Kathryn has a strong knowledge of global HR practices and multicultural work environments. She has experience in the area of employee resourcing including Interviewer training, Assessment Centres, Intern and Graduate program management and Talent Management. Additionally, she has contributed to the design and delivery of Outplacement and Change Management programs.
Kathryn holds an undergraduate degree in Human Resources and a MBA. She is a member of CIPD.
